Finding Stillness Within Movement

These sessions are about flow. Tuning into what is arising in the moment and wants to be heard and explored. It is about having a conversation with the body and the areas that want to be strengthened, hold, embraced, cared. To be open to discover beyond of what we asume as a limitation, a boundary, specially when our body changes and expresses itself through pain, discomfort, believes and definitions that we carry for so long time as true or fix.

It is overall, an invitation to open a door, a window that looks into the inner landscape,
recognizing where one is still resisting to what wants to be expressed through the body. To let the flesh, the blood, the inner organs and muscles, talk to us. To trust our breath, our silent voice that is pulsing in our heart.

It is an invitation to play and to discover new ways to relating with ourselves and the
territory of our body.
To listen. To pause. To relax. To move. To dance.

It is a call to open a space in one’s life for the body, with intention; bringing awareness,
tending to it, nourishing it.

Each session is individually performed, listening to your specific needs. I bring a diverse tools and modalities throughout the sessions.
We explore with movement, energy, breath, sound, rhythm.

The intention is as well to bring awareness to the areas that need to be strengthened in the body. to improve posture, flexibility and mobility through sequences of movements that are simple and easy to learn and assimilate , so you can include it as part of your daily practice.

We move between guided dynamics to free flow dynamics of self expression and playful explorations.
