Flowing out of Pain, Illness and Injury Through Yoga

The body stores issues in the tissues. Yoga provides the tools to witness pain and illness and create space for transformation. I will design compassionate and mindful, breath focused, gentle flowing movements to bring the body, mind and spirit back to joy, ease and balance.

Privates and small groups in person or online are available.
